Opened in early 2019, Conveyor is a 1000 square foot recording facility in Brooklyn, NY. We worked hard to build a space that is highly functional, uniquely stylish, and focused on providing memorable creative experiences to artists and bands.

Our large live room features 10 foot ceilings, a 5×6 foot isolation booth great for vocals, percussion, guitar amplifiers and more, as well as two towering glass gobos that can be used for additional separation as needed. Nearly every corner of the live room is visible through an eight-foot-wide window from the similarly spacious control room which can double as an additional recording space.

Gear highlights include 32 channels of simultaneous I/O, eight Hearback units for personal monitoring, a 9 foot Steinway grand piano, a Hammond B3 with Leslie, Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer, shelves full of drums and percussion, microphones from Neumann, AKG, ADK, and others, and racks of outboard pres and compressors. See our gear page for more information.

Conveniently located on Starr St off of Wilson Ave, we are surrounded by many great restaurants, shops, and live music venues. Public transit is easy via the Central M and Jefferson L train stops.

We specialize in immersive 3D Audio (game audio, ambisonics, binaural), audio production, mixing, and mastering. We especially love rock, jazz, folk, acoustic and bluegrass, and our rooms look great on film and in photos.
